Held a Community Event for Sustainable Gastronomy Day
To mark “Sustainable Gastronomy Day,” an international day established by the United Nations, we held a community event.
Participants enjoyed ethical foods—including “Ethical Food,” created in collaboration with Motegi Foods Co., Ltd.; fair-trade cashew nuts that support employment in Cambodia; and domestically grown, naturally cultivated dried sweet potatoes—while discussing food, agriculture, and the environment. The event also provided an opportunity for Ethical Models and participants to deepen their connections.
