Supporting and Appearing at the Lao Fashion & Culture Festival in Tokyo

We supported and appeared at the Lao Fashion & Culture Festival in Tokyo, held at the Japan Press Center in Tokyo on March 31, 2026.

Part of the program commemorating the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Laos, this international cultural exchange event welcomed Lao government representatives, members of Japan's diplomatic community, media professionals, and many other guests.

Forty models and fifteen brands participated.
The fashion show featured contemporary interpretations of traditional Lao textiles alongside designs blending Japanese kimono culture, fostering cultural exchange and mutual understanding through fashion.

The Ethical Model Association not only provided models for the show but also supported participants through runway walking and expressive presentation coaching.
We helped models communicate the cultures and stories behind the fashion through their performance.

The Ethical Model Association will continue expanding socially conscious communication by models through domestic and international cultural exchange and sustainable fashion activities.
