Planning and Appearing in the Farmers Collection

The Farmers Collection, held during Farmers & Kids Festa, was jointly planned by A-PPLE (Agro-Punks PeopLE) and the Ethical Model Association.

Under the themes ‘bringing agriculture into everyday life’ and ‘taking a fresh look at primary industries,’ the Ethical Model Association uses fashion and modeling to communicate social issues and the appeal of agriculture.

Ethical Models with diverse backgrounds took the stage, including farmers, people working with vegetables and food, and those involved in nature and community activities. With support from MIZUNO, mont-bell, and Yokohama Olive, they presented a fashion show featuring agricultural and outdoor wear.

The stage embodied a new kind of model—one who does more than walk in clothes and instead communicates a message to society through words and expression. It offered a fresh agriculture-meets-fashion experience that made farming and primary industries feel more approachable and compelling.
