SustainaBAR with CLASS EARTH
To celebrate the founding of the Ethical Model Association and express our year-end gratitude, we held a joint party with CLASS EARTH Inc. titled SustainaBAR.
In a collaboration between Haruka Takagishi, representative of nature-positive company CLASS EARTH, and Ethical Models, we served a sustainable menu featuring naturally grown dried sweet potatoes, Cinderella vegetables, and endangered tea varieties.
