Background
I have loved animals since childhood, and living with dogs naturally led me to care about nature and animal welfare. I also spent about six years in the United States from the age of twenty, where I encountered lifestyles shaped by consideration not only for oneself but also for society and the planet. That experience showed me both the importance and appeal of this way of living. Since returning to Japan, I have wanted to share these values through my work and help ethical choices feel more accessible.

Why This Theme
I feel that animal welfare is still not widely understood in Japan. I want a society in which lives born for human purposes, and lives affected by our actions, are protected with happiness and dignity. Through my own choices and communication, I intend to keep engaging with this issue.
